Apla-Tech's Paper "Tape Apla-Cator"

Apla-Tech introduces its air driven, pneumatic, drywall taping tool, the "Tape Apla-Cator". The paper taper simultaneously applies tape and joint compound to all wallboard joints. You can tape horizontal & vertical flats, ceiling joints, interior corners and off angles. Since there is no drive wheel on the taper, you will not feel the "drag" associated with cable driven tapers. Also, the amount of compound on the tape can be increased or decreased to accommodate your desired speed. And most importantly, you don't have to "soup" your mud to operate the taper, which means a lot less mess.

There is a tape advance and cutting mechanism that trims joints tape to the desired length at the end of the run. You can attach different length tubes (2', 3', 4' and 5') for taping requirements from closets to high ceilings off the floor.

With less working parts compared to the automatic paper tapers, you'll find our inexpensive maintenance costs and easy to replace parts to your liking.

Cleanup is quick and easy. Clean the detached taping end and tube in a minute. Attach in just seconds.
